Good property, ideal location and great support from property Manager. Would highly recommend. Positive: Comfortable and everything you would need for short or longer stays. Property was as described, bed comfortable and large shower. Kitchen had everything you would need, although we didn’t do any cooking. There was a supply of coffee and tea pods and a welcome bottle of fizz. Air con was fully appreciated as it was really hot @29 - 36C during our stay. Location was good as able to walk to most attractions/ sights within 10 x 15 mins. Found a really good supermarket/ convenience store (MAS at C San Pablo) that had everything you’d need including bakery, deli - less than 5 min walk (turn left out of property) Property Manager - Carlos - was really helpful, great communicator before and during trip and supplied ideas and tips to facilitate our stay including restaurants, bars and attractions. He booked a couple things on our behalf. Negative: Cannot think of anything that we didn’t like.

If you expect proper service and quality, stay at a hotel instead Positive: Location is great. Negative: We stayed in Apartment 2 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The walls were mouldy, and the sheets felt damp and humid throughout our stay. The furniture was generally very old and worn out, including the bathroom bin, which was visibly rusty. There was also no bottled water provided in the apartment; the only water available was a jar of tap water. We understand that the late check-in fee was clearly stated and therefore cannot complain about that. However, considering the overall condition of the apartment, we genuinely regret not choosing a proper hotel instead. The accommodation did not feel clean, fresh, or well maintained, and we would not stay here again.
