Positive: The host was great, Carlos was so welcoming and lovely to us and helped with a smile whenever we needed him. The location was amazing and the facilities were great
Negative: The bed was uncomfortable and the first time arriving was a but tricky but after we got the hang of if it was very helpful. When you get to the front door on the 2nd floor, use the slider on the link provided to open the door. This could have been made clearer in the WhatsApp
