Boutique Abades II Apartament

UN AUTÉNTICO DESASTRE. ESCALERAS INFERNALES. ASCENSOR SIEMPRE ROTO. HAY MUCHÍSIMOS APARTAMENTOS MEJO Positive: La recogida de llaves y el checking. Un horror, un señor por teléfono maleducado unas explicaciones malísimas. Dos pisos de escaleras, estrechas peligrosas y altas y un ascensor que no funcionó en todo el tiempo que estuvimos ni se disculparon ni vinieron a ayudarnos. El señor que hacía el checking por teléfono, un auténtico desastre. Negative: No me gustó que no había ninguna comunicación, que ellos saben que es un ascensor que no funciona y tuvo la caradura de decirme que había una puerta abierta en algún sitio lo cual no es cierto porque subí bajé tres veces cerrando todas las puertas llevaba una maleta de 30 kilos y tuve que preguntar a alguien en la calle que me ayudara a subirla este señor dijo que no venía y luego el sistema de abrir un horror y muy difícil de entender la luz del piso dos donde está el apartamento en el descansillo tampoco funcionaba con lo cual encima tampoco podías ver cuando entras al apartamento tampoco funciona la primera luz para poder ver. El apartamento estaba sin preparar sin el aire puesto es decir todo un auténtico desastre. Y el señor, como digo un maleducado y nada ayudando. No vino nadie a explicarnos a disculparse o ayudarnos a bajar la maleta y el ascensor. Por supuesto estuvo roto toda la estancia en el mismo sitio donde tengo una foto que se ve que el ascensor está roto entre planta y planta.

Would stay at this wonderful apartment again,... 'in a heartbeat'! Positive: The location was nothing less than superb! Just footsteps off the busy main street filled with restaurants & bars and only 3-minutes stroll from the impressive La Giralda tower - yet the apartment itself was quiet, almost serene when inside (air conditioned), or on the enjoyably small sun-drenched roof-terrace with its comfortable chairs, table and sun loungers. Immaculately clean, cool marble tiled floors with almost luxury level decor and very comfortable beds. 'Carlos' the apartment's representative maintained contact at all times via WhatsApp, i.e. before we arrived , during our stay (restaurant reservations/ excursion discounts, etc), and on the day of departure. He arranged our taxis both from the airport and on our return date. He also arranged for our luggage to be securely stored (free of charge) at the reception-desk of the luxury Dona Maria Hotel (just a 100 yards away) for the intervening hours we spent in the city before our late evening flight-time. Sadly, we were not able to thank him in person whilst in the city. Our only regret, is that upon our return to the UK, we immediately attempted to reserve the same Boutique Abades II apartment 'again' during 2027, -only to discover that on all our suitable dates it was disappointingly fully booked. Negative: The kitchen was very well equipped with lovely crockery,glasses, pans etc, with all other facilities (fridge, dish-washer, washing machine) cleverly 'hidden' within the gloss white, hi-end cabinetry. The only DIFFICULTY we had was operating the electric-counter top 'hob'-for which there were no instructions provided. This was eventually solved by identifying the correct 'Indesit' model online, and then discovering a Youtube-video which showed how to switch it on and operate the controls. It's of note that even the 'video' maker stated that the touch-control panel was of poor design and very difficult to work out.

Lovely stay Positive: Very spacious apartment. It was the perfect location - very central. Carlos, the host was very helpful and responded quickly. Negative: One of the mattresses wasn’t very comfy (very soft), but luckily we had a spare one to use (as only three of us staying).

Positive: La atención de Carlos desde el principio y la ubicación. Negative: Que la terraza es compartida y hay que subir a la azotea ,y debería de reflejarse mejor en la descripcion ,ya que puede ser algo engañoso a la hora de reservar ,pero no nos supuso ningún disgusto ,ya que se compensa con la ubicacion y la comodidad del apartamento.

Mucha suciedad y mobiliario antiguo Positive: La ubicación Negative: Estaba sucio cuando llegamos, tuvimos que avisar para que volvieran a limpiar, habian cosas en la nevera y la cocina sucia pero el apartamento en general necesita una buena limpieza a fondo, el mobiliario es viejo las camas y somieres muy antiguos nada cómodos, las sillas y sillones tenían tanta tierra y polvo que no nos pudimos ni sentar,en general no nos gustó nada.
