Lovely stay Positive: Very spacious apartment. It was the perfect location - very central. Carlos, the host was very helpful and responded quickly. Negative: One of the mattresses wasn’t very comfy (very soft), but luckily we had a spare one to use (as only three of us staying).

Positive: La atención de Carlos desde el principio y la ubicación. Negative: Que la terraza es compartida y hay que subir a la azotea ,y debería de reflejarse mejor en la descripcion ,ya que puede ser algo engañoso a la hora de reservar ,pero no nos supuso ningún disgusto ,ya que se compensa con la ubicacion y la comodidad del apartamento.

Mucha suciedad y mobiliario antiguo Positive: La ubicación Negative: Estaba sucio cuando llegamos, tuvimos que avisar para que volvieran a limpiar, habian cosas en la nevera y la cocina sucia pero el apartamento en general necesita una buena limpieza a fondo, el mobiliario es viejo las camas y somieres muy antiguos nada cómodos, las sillas y sillones tenían tanta tierra y polvo que no nos pudimos ni sentar,en general no nos gustó nada.

Positive: La posizione centrale Negative: 1 Nonostante le numerose indicazioni sui ristoranti (non richieste)non ci ha indicato un posteggio vicino a casa se non dopo reiterate richieste e giri a vuoto nei vicoli strettissimi del centro storico. 2 le indicazioni poco chiare su come accedere all’appartamento 3 la difficoltà di mettere in funzione l’aria condizionata, per mancanza di collaborazione dell’interlocutore, che ha risposto ai messaggio solo il giorno dopo. Anche in questo caso bisogna dire che i sistemi automatici di accoglienza sono inefficienti

Positive: The host was great, Carlos was so welcoming and lovely to us and helped with a smile whenever we needed him. The location was amazing and the facilities were great Negative: The bed was uncomfortable and the first time arriving was a but tricky but after we got the hang of if it was very helpful.
